Our data center cleaning services meet ISO standard 14644 Class 100,000 and include the following:
1) Plenum Cleaning: lift every accessible tile (solid or vented) and vacuum the plenum floor and access floor frame.
2) Access Floor: vacuum the surface, lift every accessible tile and wipe clean (all side - bottom side is crucial) with an anti-static non-residue cleaning solution, remove scuff marks, remove tape, remove oil, remove fire retardant, machine scrub and/or mop access floor with an anti-static non-residue cleaning solution specifically designed for high-pressure laminate access floors. Ventilated Access Floor Tiles: lift every accessible ventilated tile, remove the debris trapped inside and wipe clean with an anti-static non-residue cleaning solution specifically designed for high-pressure laminate access floors.
3) Anti-Static Floor: machine scrub clean.
4) Vinyl Composition Tile Floor: machine scrub clean and/or damp mop with an anti-static cleaning solution, or strip and wax with three coats of anti-static wax.
5) Hardware Cabinets (inside and outside): vacuum and wipe clean with an anti-static, non-residue cleaning solution specifically designed for data center equipment.
6) Server Racks: vacuum and wipe clean with an anti-static, non-residue cleaning solution specifically designed for data center equipment.
7) Hardware (servers, routers, disk storage, etc.): vacuum front and back where accessible without jeopardizing operation.
8) Equipment (CRAH Units, CRAC Units, PDU’s UPS, etc.): vacuum and wipe clean with an anti-static, non-residue cleaning solution specifically designed for data center equipment.
9) Cages/Fences: vacuum and wipe clean with an anti-static, non-residue cleaning solution specifically designed for data center equipment.
10) Overhead Cable Trays: vacuum and wipe clean with an anti-static, non-residue cleaning solution specifically designed for data center equipment.

Unlike most data center cleaning companies that only lift every other tile or every third tile and only clean the surface side, we lift every accessible tile and clean all sides (bottom is crucial) as well as the plenum space and access floor tile frame. In addition, most companies do not clean the ventilated tiles.
